Free Shipping Policy on Orders Over $70

We're excited to offer free shipping on all orders over $70 within the contiguous United States. Please review the following details to understand how our Free Shipping Policy works: Note orders that qualify for free shipping will not be shipped Express unless you pay the Express delivery fees. 

Eligibility:

All orders placed on our website that total $70 or more, before taxes and shipping fees, are eligible for free shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping. Note orders that qualify for free shipping will not be shipped Express)

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date your order was placed, as all orders are made to order. This means we have up to 10 business days to make/package your order, then it will be shipped and delivered according to the timeframe you selected with your shipper.

Once it is shipped, please check your email or spam for your shipping confirmation and tracking number. If you have any shipping inquiries, you must contact USPS or UPS so they can best serve you.

After the order has been shipped out and received by the carrier, we shall update you with a track and track code which will enable you to follow up on your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Faith Is A Treasure is not liable for shipping companies delay, any misrouted or lost package. All claims are filed through USPS directly.

Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays as USPS will be closed

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE

In situations where you would like your address to be changed, please contact us via email or our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) with the new shipping address or befitting address.

Please bear in mind that once the order has been shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address. As always, our customers’ needs are important to us, and we will do our best to work something out depending on the circumstances so please don’t hesitate to let us know how we can assist.

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
